Highland Honored as a “Best Companies to Work For” in 2023

Making Seattle Business Magazine’s 2023 list of “Best Companies to Work For” is truly an honor for us at Highland.  Companies are named to this esteemed list based on independent surveys of employee experiences across several categories including corporate culture, executive leadership, work environment, communication, and training.  We express our heartfelt gratitude to our talented and hardworking team members, remarkable clients and community who have all played a part in helping Highland achieve this recognition.

In 2023 Highland was also listed by Puget Sound Business Journal as one of the region’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” for the third year in a row. This list is based on 2020-2022 revenue numbers from Washington-based companies.  “Our vision is to help as many people as possible connect their money to a life of meaning and purpose and experience the joy of thriving,” Highland’s VP of Growth, Ben Wicks, shared. “We are proud to have received this award as a tangible representation of our progress toward that vision, and we are grateful to our highly valued clients and our hardworking team.”
