My Professional Background

I manage business operations, including budgeting and business planning, processes and procedures, and technology implementation. I previously served as Chief Compliance Officer at Trellis Advisors, which merged with Highland in 2023. Prior to Trellis, I spent six years with the accounting firm Clark Nuber, providing tax compliance and consulting services to individual and business clients. I began my career as a CPA at Ernst and Young in Seattle, providing tax preparation and auditing services.

I gained insight into the hard work and dedication necessary for starting and running a business while growing up and working on my family's farm, and I take pride in delivering efficient and holistic service to our clients.

My Personal “Living Fully”

Since our son suffered a traumatic brain injury (TBI) in 2019, I have become well-versed in the TBI world and strongly advocate for wearing a helmet. When I’m not working or caring for our son, I enjoy reading, baking, and spending time in nature.
