My Professional Background
My background in tax accounting, investments, and legacy planning, paired with a strong organizational aptitude enables me to deliver strategic, highly personalized wealth management advice to our clients. Before working at Highland, I was a client advisor to high-net-worth families at Trellis Advisors and Laird Norton Wealth Management, where I also served on the investment committee. In 1995, I helped launch Tyee Asset Strategies, working with high-net-worth individuals and families as a client manager before becoming a client advisor. Before joining Tyee, I worked as a Tax and Financial Planning Manager for Moss Adams LLP, partnering with high-net-worth individuals and small businesses to help them reach their goals. I began my career as a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen, working with both individual and nonprofit clients.
My Wealth Management “Why”
A collaborative, forward-thinking approach to holistic financial planning has become one of the hallmarks of my 20+ year career in the financial advisory field. I am a Certified Public Accountant and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. I am also an active member of the Washington Women’s Foundation, Seattle CityClub, and the AICPA.
My Personal “Living Fully”
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and Aging Loved Ones, riding my bike with the Cascade Bicycle Club, knitting, and singing.
