My Professional Background
I graduated from the University of Washington Bothell with a degree in Finance. I started at Highland as an Intern in February 2023. Since then, I have gained experience in many of the complex and unique areas of the firm. Which includes the client service side, investments, and the operations side of the firm. This has given me the opportunity to understand how the firm works from all different angles, which I have found to be very valuable in helping me determine what area I want to focus on and pursue.
My Wealth Management “Why”
I’ve experienced many people in my life who I think could have benefited from having someone to help them out with their finances. I want to be that person for the clients and families we serve here at Highland. I strongly believe that having a professional in your life to help you with your finances can create a feeling of control and help mitigate feelings of stress and anxiety over your money.
My Personal “Living Fully”
Some of my favorite hobbies include sports, being outdoors, and aviation/aerospace. I am an aviation enthusiast and enjoy plane spotting, going to aviation events, and learning as much as I can through books, documentaries, and talking to docents at aviation museums.
My Personal “Living Fully”
It is important to me that I have an optimistic attitude and that my life impacts others in positive ways. I want my presence, words, and actions to have a beneficial impact on my community and those around me. Through my faith, family, and close friends I have learned that it is important to help each other and create strong bonds with one another. I believe that the close bonds I have created with the people in my life have made me a stronger person.
