I provide comprehensive support to our client service team while coordinating the implementation of our technology plan. I have a strong background in the financial services industry, most recently serving as a client relationship manager and notary public for Ameriprise Financial in Mount Vernon. There, I managed day-to-day tasks, prepped account applications, and assisted with trades, transactions, and money movements. Prior to working with Ameriprise, I was a marketing specialist for Brothers Home Improvement in Roseville, California where I managed front office operations, marketing opportunities, and trained new staff, among a myriad of duties.
